An orchard for vanished oceans.
The sea is gone. Its memories still grow.
Wander among the porcelain trees, listen to what they kept, and return a little water to the world.
Stay a moment.
When the last ocean withdrew, its keepers planted its sounds in porcelain trees. Every hollow bell holds one small thing the water once knew: a harbor, a whale's turning, a child testing the cold with one foot. The keepers have been gone for centuries. Their trees still grow across the salt, and folded creatures tend the branches beneath a sun that never quite sets.
You are the newest tidekeeper. Follow your listening needle and linger beside six ringing trees. Beyond each remembered ocean, another orchard waits, pale and unfinished, without an opposite shore.
Hollow keepers
of ocean sounds.
Empty houses.
Inhabited echoes.
They fold the wind.
The wind remembers.
There is no danger here. Walk close to a ringing Brinebell and stay a moment. Your compass points toward the nearest unremembered tree.
Your position and recovered memories are saved on this device. The orchard continues after the sixth memory. Sound is optional.
