Procedural WebGL study
An ordinary web form with an unfortunate submit handler. The button is a plain
HTML <button>; the blood is a WebGL overlay rendered behind it.
Click Submit and it takes a hit like a bug on a windshield — blood squeezes out
around the button, spines and droplets fly, the face gets coated and drains dry —
then the whole stain flakes away to dust. Every dial on the right is live.
